Just wanted to let everyone know that I’m going to be moving my old blog over to this new one once I get some free time. I made the transition over to using WordPress and have to say so far I’m loving it. I’m still learning, but I have to give a big shout out to the WordPress community. So far, everyone I’ve come across has been super nice and gone out of their way to help a rookie out with the numerous questions they have.
With their help (and some of my friends locally that blog), I’ve been able to get a half way decent looking blog together I think in relatively short order. Still got work to do on it – but I really like how its all coming together.
Big thanks to my Buddies on my blogroll! They’ve helped me a ton in making the transition and have been very patient. One of them is helping to host a Wordcamp here in Louisville in December that I’m planning on attending – should be a really great place for me to meet up with people and pick up some pointers.
I am continuing to copy over my old material and adding some new stuff as I am able so you can read what your pal ole Lincoln has been up to – so be sure to check back every couple weeks and you should probably see some new material here for you to catch up on (If I don’t – be sure to remind me to keep you guys up to date, and I’ll get a post up about something thats going on with me.)
