As many of you know, I’m a single guy in a new town and am always looking for something fun to do. So, as part of my continuing efforts to meet new persons and increase my socialization in Louisville – I’ve come up with an idea and am looking for feedback:
I would go out on 30 dates in 30 days – and blog about each of the dates with photos, where we went, how it went, etc.
Some pros / cons to this obviously. Pros would be I think it would create an interesting perspective for future reference, and it could open up opportunities to meet new people and have some fun. Cons would be, particularly if the date went badly – would it potentially up either the person I went out with, or me to overtly harsh criticism and potentially end up with hurt feelings.
Tough call. On one hand, I think it could be a heck of a lot of fun. On the other, it could be a really embarrassing / awkward situation.
So, I’m looking for everyone’s opinion (friends, family, strangers, etc) – is this a good idea?
